Running. Running from everything. It was so easy to run. He could pretend that everything was fine when he ran away from it.

"Hiyoshi-kun! Slow down!" Hiyoshi turned quickly to face the offending voice trailing behind him.

"Say you didn't do that. Say it was a mistake." Hiyoshi felt anger boil inside of him, directed toward his senpai.

"I can't. I'm sorry." Hiyoshi scowled as he took a few steps forward, and was suddenly mere inches from Jiroh.

"Why?"

"Because I wanted to. And it wasn't a mistake for me. I don't think it was for you either." Hiyoshi felt a strong desire to punch the other, but Jiroh was still Hiyoshi's senpai, so he refrained.

"For someone who's leaving, you're not moving very far." Jiroh smiled, which made Hiyoshi even angrier.

"I'm not like that!" Jiroh gave a perplexed look.

"Like what?" Hiyoshi glared.

"You know what I mean." Jiroh smirked before turning and walking slowly away from the other.

"Okay then. I'll see you at practice Hiyoshi-kun." Hiyoshi heard a nagging voice in the back of his mind telling him to run after Jiroh, but shook it off, and walked away.
